Senior Supports
We believe every senior deserves to age with dignity and security. We foster resilience for our community’s aging population through the Seniors Support Team.
Cathedral Café
Through a partnership with the Anglican Diocese of Niagara, Christ’s Church Cathedral, St. Matt’s and the City of Hamilton, the Cathedral Café program provides drop-in services for individuals experiencing homelessness and those at-risk of homelessness.
Childcare
We are here to strengthen families and provide children with opportunities to thrive.
Holiday Hope
Every holiday season, we provide new toys/gifts, holiday meals, and household goods to families in need. Because of donors, every family and senior registered receives a season filled with hope and love.
